About:

Joyce de Vries - I was born in 1989 on the 29th of january. I was raised in Woerden, The Netherlands and I'm still living there.

I've been interested in all different kinds of art for a long time already. I started drawing as soon as I could hold a pencil. After spending some time online when I was about 9 years old I started making webpages, I still love webdesign, after all those years. At the age of 15 I got interested in photography and started to spend some time with my camera resulting in many (non-pro) photos.

I studied at the Grafisch Lyceum Utrecht for about a year, It really wasn't my thing (at all) so I quit. I really didn't know what to do with my life so I didn't really do anything.

At this moment I'm 'studying' photography and I'm also working at Babylon in Woerden. At Babylon I'm one of the many bartenders, I moderate the Babylon website and sometimes I design posters and flyers.
